At Los Amigos Apparel, we carefully inspect all merchandise to ensure quality before approving any return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Inspection Process

• All returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
• Approval of any return or exchange is at the sole discretion of Los Amigos Apparel based on our inspection findings.

Discrepancies

• If a discrepancy (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item) is confirmed by our team, we may offer:
• An exchange for the same item, or
• Store credit, depending on availability
• If no discrepancy is found, the return or exchange request may be denied.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a discrepancy is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, cover shipping for the replacement item.

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues
